I obtained my doctoral degree at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, with a dissertation in the field of corporate law (exclusion of a shareholder from a closely held company).
I maintain academic affiliations with the universities of Heidelberg (Germany) and Salzburg (Austria). I am a member of the panel of experts of the Adam Smith Centre. I cooperate academically with the universities in Heidelberg and Salzburg. I work professionally in Polish, German and English.
